I am excited to announce that my first adult workshop is taking place on Monday 12th February from 7-9pm on zoom.
We will be connecting to ourselves in meditation meeting our inner child and parts that we often push down, ignore or even reject. Those parts that have experienced trauma that is now surfacing to be healed. Through the transformative power of art, we will release what is ready to go.
Through understanding what has happened to us we are able to heal and art is a very powerful format for transforming our pain into something beautiful. During the workshop you will create personal heart led artwork inspired by your connection to self. I look forward to seeing what is created.

Materials:
A canvas or paper. (decide what size suits you)
Paint / brushes/ water or pens, pastels, colouring pencils, collage if you wish to glue on materials.
Use whatever you are comfortable with.
